Here’s what you need to prepare these delicious puff pastry pockets:
- 1 pack thawed frozen puff pastry
- ½ cup sliced bananas
- ¼ cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- ¼ cup raspberry jam
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- ½ chocolate bars broken into 4 squares
- ½ graham crackers, broken into 4 squares
- 12 mini marshmallows
- Egg wash
Preparation:
Grab the puff pastry and gently lay it over in ice cube tray. Carefully press the pastry into the cubes to form the dough. Add a slice of banana and a spoonful of chocolate hazelnut in the first 4 cube divots. In the middle four cube divots, add a piece of chocolate and a spoonful of raspberry jam. In the last cubes, place the marshmallows, chocolate chips and graham crackers. Place the other puff pastry on top and use a rolling pin to seal it. Let the pastry chill for 10 minutes. Invert the ice cube tray on a parchment paper and release the pastry pockets. Cut off excess dough and press the edges with a fork. Brush with some egg wash and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
