Nina Seul was born near Paris, France. She is the daughter of a German university professor and a French-Italian mother in charge of Cultural Programming of the Cannes’ Palais des Festivals. Raised in Cannes, on the French Riviera, famous for its worldwide well-known Film Festival, Nina attended countless movie screenings and theater plays with her parents, and naturally decided to become an actress at a very young age.
When she turned 10 years old, she began studying acting technique at the renowned Cannes’ theater school “Ecole Régionale d’acteurs de Cannes”.
Her childhood dream became a reality in just a few years.
Due to her exceptional acting talent and interest in international exchange, Nina was offered, when she turned 16, the opportunity to follow one of the most popular intensive summer programs at the prestigious Stella Adler Studio in New York City.
Every summer, the Stella Adler Studio opens its doors and attracts the best students from around the country and the world and enhances their skills via world-class training including acting technique, improvisation, scene study, Shakespeare, movement, voice and speech.
This experience was influential for Nina and further inspired her to pursue a career in acting and performance to the highest level.
She then moved to Paris to pursue her dream and obtain training from highly prestigious schools such as the Cours Simon and the Conservatory of the 10th arrondissement de Paris.
During this time, she specialized in classical theater by interpreting major roles of tragedy, and performed lead roles in popular plays.(Le Cid, The Barber of Seville, as well as in the play The Life of Leila, Danielle Casanova)
Around this time, Nina’s career expanded beyond the theatrical stage into the world of film and television.
Her first movie, “Car Academy”, was a huge commercial success, being distributed by Warner, and earning a diamond disc certification.
Nina’s career took off in the world of cinema, and she has continuously been playing in films ever since, from France, Germany, Ukraine, up to Hollywood.
Alongside her film career, Nina has also continued to work in popular TV series and TV movies in her native country, being broadcasted on all major French national television channels regularly.
Despite being very busy performing in productions around the world and shooting commercials for American Airlines or Tesla, Nina still finds time to continue performing theatrical roles in Paris, including in hit comedies such as “The president’s wife and I”, which was so popular that it kept running for almost a year at the legendary theatre “La Grande Comedie” in Paris.
Always up for new challenges, she also participated in performances combining dance, poetry and storytelling with the famous Libanese choreographer Lamia Saffiedine in France and Belgium. In Conte dansé d’Orient, Nina told the story of the historical Arabic dance, and in Escale au Liban, she read poetry in an acclaimed dance show.
Based in Los Angeles for several years, Nina Seul is beyond excited for “Our Almost completely true story” to be released in the coming months.
The full-length movie features Nina Seul, among an amazing cast of actors, and was directed by Primetime Emmy Awards winner, Don Scardino (30 rock, the Conners, New Amsterdam, Young Sheldon, 2 broke girls , Bad Teacher, the Mindy project , Law and order…). This might be one of the most anticipated films of 2021.
