Around 7500 accidents with chemicals happen in the Netherlands every year. Most of them involve children.
A Netherlands-based communications agency called Lemz conducted quite an interesting experiment: What happens when kids are given the choice between toys and household chemicals?
For their experiment, they used hidden cameras, heart rate monitors and eye-tracking sensor to observe which object children are most drawn to.
- 50% chose stain remover over a toy
- 64 % chose paint
- 82% chose bleach
Take a look at the video to see the kid’s reactions and remember accidents happen, but accidents can be prevented!!!
