- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- ¾ cup canola oil
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup caster sugar
- 1 cup plain flour
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ cup boiling coffee
Preparation:
Mix the milk and vinegar and let it sit for 5 minutes. Add the oil, eggs, castor sugar and brown sugar. Stir until everything is well combined. Use a sieve to add the flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Mix everything well with a whisk. Add the boiling coffee and keep on stirring.
