Ton-Ton is a strict diet and you need to be ready to give up many things but we guarantee it will give you incredible results. The diet doesn’t allow you to intake sugars and fats and it’s based on meat meals.

Day 1

Breakfast: Coffee or tea without sugar.
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs and some boiled spinach.
Dinner: Green salad with celery, lemon juice and olive oil + a slice of beef, boiled or baked without oil.

Day 2

Breakfast: Coffee or tea without sugar with some milk.
Lunch: 1 cutlet, green salad with tomatoes without oil + one fruit (optional).
Dinner: 1 slice of boiled meat (optional).

Day 3

Breakfast: Coffee or tea without sugar, 1 small slice of whole wheat bread.
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs, green salad with tomatoes without any oil.
Dinner: 1 slice of meat, green salad without oil.

Day 4

Breakfast: Coffee or tea without sugar,  1 slice of whole wheat bread.
Dinner: 1 hard boiled eggs, 1 pressed carrot with lemon juice of 1 squeezed lemon, 1 slice of cheese.
Dinner: 1 glass of yogurt, one fruit (optional).

Day 5

Breakfast: Coffee or tea without sugar, 1 grated carrot with lemon juice.
Lunch: Fish cooked without oil, 2 tomatoes.

Dinner: 1 cutlet, green salad with some olive oil.

Day 6

Breakfast: Coffee or tea without sugar, 1 slice of whole wheat bread.
Lunch: Baked chicken steak without oil.
Dinner: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 fresh or cooked carrot.

Day 7

Breakfast: Coffee or tea without sugar.
Lunch: 1 veal cutlet + one fruit of your choice.
Dinner: You can eat what you want, but you’re not allowed to drink alcohol.

Repeat the same menu list for another 7 days.

After 2 weeks of dieting, take a break. Once you’re finished with the diet, don’t eat more than 1.500 calories per day!
