Victoria’s Secret runway show just left people speechless. An extravagant mixture of theatrical costumes, wonderful creations and gorgeous beauties hypnotized the 3500 lucky ones who got or bought their chance to watch the runway show live.
Thousands of hours were spent on making the 81 unique costumes, embellished with feathers, lace and crystals. 39 pairs of angel wings gave us a magical journey through heaven. The runway was consisted of 6 segments. „Gilded Angels“ showed us the golden magic; wonderful 2 million dollars lingerie marked the beginning of „Exotic Traveler“; women’s sensuality was shown trough „Dream Girl“; youth, positive attitude and color was brought to us by „University of Pink“; „Fairy Tale“ was inspired by the whimsical woods and mystical seductiveness entered the runway during the last segment „Angel Ball“.
Sophia Webster and Nicolas Kirkwood made the stunning shoes worn by the model’s incredibly long legs. Around 200 guests paid 25.000 dollars for watching the show live and all the money will be given to charity.
The eight final angels: Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Doutzen Kroes, Candice Swanepoel, Lily Aldridge, Lindsey Ellingson, Behati Prinsloo and Karlie Kloss walk the runway alongside with 39 beauties from all over the world, as Izabel Goulard, Isabeli Fontana, Lily Donaldson, Magdalena Frackowiak, Shanina Shaik, Sara Sampaio and Joan Smalls.
It was the 15th runway show for Lima and Ambrosio and they wore the 2 million dollars bras. The two sets of lingerie included 16.000 rubies, diamonds and sapphires and jewelry made of 18 karat gold.
Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Ariana Grande and Hozier entertained the guests and accompanied the models.
