Ingredients:
- 2 ¼ cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- ¼ tbsp salt
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 cup softened salted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
Preparation:
Combine the flour, soda and salt in a bog bowl and mix well. In another large bowl blend the sugars with a mixer at medium speed. Add the butter and mix to until you have a paste. Add the eggs and vanilla, and beat at medium speed. After that is mixed, add the flour mixture, macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips, and mix everything until it’s well combined. Form the cookies with a spoon and place them onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies begin to brown. Let them cool down and enjoy these delicious cookies.
